Odysseys: Belonging in a Global Community

In January 2021, Dr. Jessica Tollette developed a framework to understand how the IE community can create a sense of belonging in the face of systemic inequities across nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation and socio-economic class. Here she speaks with Director of the IE Africa Center, Begoña Gómez Fernández about the findings of the Odysseys project, and how it aims to enhance the educational community, improve the learning experience, and bolster a thriving campus climate of openness and respect.
