Théo Gandolphe
I chose to attend IE University and study the Bachelor in Behavior and Social Sciences because it’s a very people-focused program and university. I am able to match a highly personal study experience with a hugely impactful program, where the things I’m learning are already having an impact on mine and others’ lives on a daily basis.
"Don’t just stop at what you already know—always go beyond."
Theo decided to pursue the Bachelor in Behavior and Social Sciences because of his drive to understand how people work. His curiosity for the world around him has meant the program has become a kind of life hack, opening up his eyes and letting him do things differently. The relationship and interactions between brands, human behavior, and habits—both the rational and irrational ones—have become a hotbed for unique insights and exploration. Outside of his studies, Theo has been able to match this zest for his studies by building up a rich network of peers and professors.
His main advice to all students is to be open-minded, and never limit yourself to what you’ve been taught. He believes that everyone should strive to push themselves past their own limits; while students may have a lot of work to do, they also have a lot of free time and access to some of the best tools available. No one should stop at what they’re given, and Theo is a firm believer in aiming to always be a step ahead of the game.
