VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
As alumni, you are the core of any university and there are many ways you can share your experiences, expertise, and insights with other members of the IE Community by volunteering. Your role as volunteers is vital to the institution and is a great way to give back and pay it forward.

ALUMNI CLUB LEADER
With a global network of more than 80 clubs worldwide, you will meet IE Alumni all wherever you go.
As a club leader…
- Support club initiatives as a facilitator.
- Suggest topics of interest to exchange knowledge and network through the organization of professional activities.
- Provide leadership and coordination for specific events.
- Participate in the planning and execution of events leveraging your expertise and contacts.
- Search for sponsors and financing to support the annual event calendar.

Alumni Clubs ManagerALUMNI AMBASSADORS
Alumni Ambassadors make the IE experience everlasting. You help classmates reconnect with each other, with IE, and with Madrid. Alumni Ambassadors are the main communication liaison between IE and their peer group, their three main tasks are:
- Help bring classmates back to campus for the Global Alumni Weekend.
- Encourage participation in activities throughout the year. Lead by example attending events and posting to social media platforms.
- Support IE in its efforts to keep their classmate’s contact information up to date, ensuring a strong database of alumni worldwide.

Being a part of alumni leadership provides you with a unique IE experience alongside your classes and community. This diverse group serves as ambassadors for the university through their leadership and by being chief executive connectors between IE and their alumni peers.

Engagement ManagerCLASS REUNION COMMITTEE MEMBER
The biggest event for the IE Alumni Community takes place every first weekend of June, and we take this opportunity to organize Class Reunions for those programs that are celebrating milestone anniversaries: 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years. The agenda comprises exclusive activities for every class reunion, in addition to the event’s main agenda.
In order to make the most out of this experience, we need your help! We are currently looking for volunteers that can:
- Become the point person between the class and the IE Alumni department
- Make sure the class is informed about the event, sharing the information, website, registration links.
- Get everyone on board!

STUDENT CLUBS COORDINATORS
We are looking for students who will lead the clubs in achieving the goals and expectations set-forth together with IE and build a cohesive team among the board members and members of the club.
