What is the key to the success of your company?

The key to the success of Tuvis is its ability to provide a unique solution that focuses on personalization instead of massive touch-points. Tuvis is an enterprise platform to connect in a secure and compliant way instant messaging with CRM and SIEM solutions, helping companies adhere to record-keeping regulations and privacy laws. It achieves this by automatically monitoring and archiving every WhatsApp or iMessage interaction, seamlessly integrating with the current system of records, DLP solutions, etc. With this innovative approach, Tuvis has been able to achieve remarkable success in just three years, with customers in 35 countries, including giants such as Santander Bank, Telefónica, Subaru, Petrobras, etc. and In 2021, in ordee to scale, as we were bootstrap for a long time, we raised $11 million as seed investment, a round led by Zeev Ventures. Tuvis has operations currently in Brazi, the United States, Mexico, in addition to its headquarters in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and boasts a user base of over 10,000 individuals worldwide. The secret to Tuvis' rapid growth lies in the innovative management model and expansion strategy adopted by its founders and the strategic partnerships that have brought the brand to Latin America. 

How did you come up with the idea for your company?

Many companies worldwide use WhatsApp as a communication channel to interact with their customers. However, as companies rely more and more on WhatsApp to communicate with their customers, it becomes increasingly essential for them to have visibility of what is being said in these conversations. As I mentioned before, I met my partner from Israel on LinkedIn without meeting in person in covid times (for over 1,5 years). Tuvis was created out of the need to connect WhatsApp to data management platforms and provide a better customer relationship management solution. IE played an important role as my mba thesis was a joint analysis with Salesforce on Social Selling.
