“Have you done something good for the world today?”

President of Enertech Ventures. IMBA 2009.

Born and raised in Lebanon, where I studied Engineering, I've always been focused since an early age on creating a positive impact in the world and people around me. I've been very honoured and privileged to play a key role in some of the largest and most impactful projects and initiatives being done globally at Cleantech. My goal is to inspire as many people as I can to discover their passion and create sustainable business models.

How did IE help you get to where you are today?

The ecosystem that IE provided for my MBA intake created the most inspiring group of people anyone can dream of, and I feel very lucky to be part of it. This group played a major role in both my personal as well as my professional development and expanded my horizons to see the world as a Global Village... 15 years later, we continue to be more united and inspire and support each other.

What are three achievements you are most proud of?

On a professional level, I feel very proud to be behind the creation of one of the largest projects of Green Hydrogen in the world, based in Oman and one of the largest initiatives in Rural Electrification, focused on Sub-Saharan Africa and the Amazon region. On a personal level: climbing the highest summit in Africa, twice, Mount Kilimanjaro, and each time in less than 24 hours instead of 5 to 7 days.

What does success look like for you?

Success is when you find purpose in your life and passion in your work.
