Marion Grelier

I’m a 28 year-old woman from Paris. Before my master’s in management in digital business at IE, I attended a Bachelor of Sciences in international business at Neoma Business School, and completed a double degree at Plekhanov university in Moscow. I’m a big fan of traveling and decided to start my career in hospitality management. I started as a marketing intern of a new hotel opened in 2021. I quickly became the number 2 of the hotel and work closely with the owner. We are currently working on opening our own firm that finds buildings and investors to open more hotels and new concepts. My job is a combination of people management, strategy, customer experience and creativity.

How did IE help you get to where you are today?

IE helped me to get hard and soft skills. It also allowed me to see opportunities.

What is the best advice you can give to a young individual starting his/her professional career?

Work hard, focus on what you want to become and act like you have it all already. Everything will arrive on time.

What does the future have in store for you?

Co founding a company in hospitality management and open many hotels.
