I love my career but I have always had in mind that people come in first place. I am Latina, from Rio de Janeiro. Three years ago, I changed my successful career completely from an executive in big corps to become an entrepreneur. I cofounded Todas Group, a startup that helps companies to boost women’s careers. Today we are in more than 10 sectors boosting more than 30.000 women careers. I am mother of Antonia 6 y.o. and Miguel 4 y.o. Last October, I decided it was time to pursue new horizons in my professional and personal life. I moved with my family to Madrid and have been living intensely these recent months. I believe we should not be afraid of failure, but of succeed at things in life that don’t really matter.

How did IE help you get to where you are today?

IE was a game changing experience in my life and if it was not for IE I would not be here today. I met these most amazing and diverse people from all over the world - from faculty to students. These people helped me to think bigger and broader, act courageously and purposefully, and since then I feel I am never alone.

How are you impacting the lives of women?

By reinventing women's professional growth in Latin America, alongside the most inspiring companies and leaders of the region.

In your opinion, what institutional or societal changes need to be made to keep women at the forefront of business and society?

Only 6% of CEOs worldwide are women, and women do not progress as much as men in leadership roles globally. The primary change I anticipate is achieving greater gender representation in leadership positions within both the private and public sectors. This shift would result in more innovative, engaging, productive, and prosperous businesses, ultimately leading to a more prosperous world for everyone.
