IE Business School in Top Ten of QS Executive MBA Rankings 2021

The IE Business School Global Executive MBA program is ranked 6th in Europe and 8th globally for employer reputation, based on responses from thousands of global employers.

In the latest edition of the QS Executive MBA Rankings, two IE Business School’s Executive MBA programs landed a top ten positioning. The joint program with Brown University, the IE Brown Executive MBA ranks 5th globally among joint programs and the Global Executive MBA ranks 8th in Europe and 12th globally.

For its Executive MBA Rankings 2021, QS combined input from thought leaders in business and management with global employers and a series of indicators including thought leadership, diversity of student body, the executive profile of the class, and career outcomes of the program.

The IE Brown Executive MBA is a unique 15-month program that combines IE Business School’s experience and prestige in management education with Brown University’s excellence in humanities and social sciences. Designed to equip leaders with a broad vision and an ability to innovate in complex and evolving business climates, the program blends interactive online learning with in-person sessions to bring a diversity of perspectives into the learning experience.

This year’s QS Executive MBA rankings placed the IE Brown EMBA in the top position for Diversity, considering both gender and nationalities, as well for the Executive Profile category. The program came in third in the Career Outcomes category.

IE Business School’s Global Executive MBA program, is also a 15-month EMBA program that, like the IE Brown Executive MBA, blends online learning with intense residential periods. It provides participants with the opportunity to gain a global understanding of different cultures, team dynamics, and business practices and focuses specifically on business innovation, global business, and global leadership to help executives not only navigate the C-suite but also the challenges of globalization and digital transformation.

The QS ranking placed the Global Executive MBA at 6th in Europe and 8th globally for Employer Reputation and 8th in Europe for Career Outcomes, Diversity, and Executive Profile categories.
