About me

I studied strategic communication in Caracas, Venezuela, where I founded Millennial, a social media management agency.

I applied to the digital marketing master's program with the goal of acquiring new tools, developing valuable skills, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. These capabilities would have a substantial impact on my digital marketing practices, allowing me to offer the best possible service to my clients. After completing the master's program, I partnered with my sister to co-found a branding and content creation studio in Caracas and Santo Domingo.

We have worked with over 30 international clients on branding, strategy, and content creation projects.

Exercising, hiking, yoga, food and traveling are my lifelong passions.

DEFINE YOUR EXPERIENCE IN ONE WORD.

Empowering.

IN WHAT WAYS DO YOU THINK THE PROGRAM HAS CHANGED YOUR LIFE PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY?

Professionally, the program provided me with a profound understanding of the latest trends and strategies in digital marketing, empowering me to establish my own branding and content creation studio back home. Equipped with the tools from the master's program, I learned to adeptly attract clients, craft effective digital strategies, deliver compelling pitches, ensure diligent follow-ups, and ultimately create impactful and meaningful brands for my clientele. On a personal level, the program allowed me to forge lasting bonds with like-minded individuals who share my passion. I had the privilege of making incredible friendships, exploring new destinations, and immersing myself in diverse cultures. Additionally, Madrid's vibrant life captured my heart, and it will forever be one of my favorite cities.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE?

For the capstone project I, working collaboratively alongside six of my peers, developed a real-life case for an Ikea campaign, presenting our proposal to the company's CMO. It was an incredible experience, one where we strengthened our teamwork abilities and allowed us to apply all the tools we acquired throughout the year, building a tangible, holistic campaign from the creative aspect to budget management.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO STUDY THIS PROGRAM AT IE?

I wanted a comprehensive, up-to-date program with a managerial perspective that would allow me to network and interact with people from other cultures. That said, IE was the perfect match for me and I remain confident that all the knowledge acquired will have an immense impact on my professional journey.

WHAT WERE SOME OF THE MAIN CHALLENGES THAT YOU ENCOUNTERED ON YOUR WAY? HOW DID YOUR MASTER PROGRAM AND IE HELP YOU THROUGH THESE CHALLENGES?

The entire IE staff, especially the program directors, were always available to listen and discuss any concerns to help me navigate the program in the most enjoyable and satisfying way possible.

WHAT IS NETWORKING LIKE IN the program?

We were a group of 60 people, representing more than 30 different nationalities. It was a great experience to be able to interact with so many cultures and perspectives. Undoubtedly, networking and exposure to so many new things are among the best parts of the program.
