About me

Specializing in micro organizational behavior, I focus my attention on interpersonal emotions and relationships. More specifically, my research interests lie on two core concepts: work meaningfulness and workplace envy. I am interested in studying how work meaningfulness influences interpersonal relationships, such as co-workers and leader-follower relationships. Moreover, I research on the antecedents and consequences of envy – an interpersonal emotion. Prior to joining IE, I obtained my Master Degree in University of Bath, UK, and had worked as a freelancer in Beijing, China.

"The experience in IE has made me realize the importance of two things: passion and self-compassion."
