Professionally, it enhanced my skills across diverse areas, boosting my confidence in future leading roles. One of my favorite memories was receiving the Blue Torch Award. It was a moment that made all the hard work feel worthwhile and reminded me how supportive my classmates and professors were throughout the journey.

WHAT WERE SOME OF THE MAIN CHALLENGES THAT YOU ENCOUNTERED ON YOUR WAY? HOW DID YOUR MASTER PROGRAM AND IE HELP YOU THROUGH THESE CHALLENGES?
Balancing a dual-degree program with work was definitely tough, but IE’s support network—mentors, friends, and resources—made a huge difference. The practical approach meant I could use what I was learning right away, which helped me tackle real challenges and gain confidence as I went.
WHAT IS NETWORKING LIKE?
Networking at IE is dynamic and genuinely supportive. Events, conferences, and frequent group projects make it easy to connect with people from all kinds of backgrounds. I particularly valued the program's frequent group rotations, which allowed me to connect with every classmate and develop my ability to work effectively with a range of personalities. IE’s community is filled with ambitious, open-minded professionals, making networking both enjoyable and rewarding.
