With previous trips taking students to destinations including London, Ghana, Amsterdam, and South Africa, this is a chance to expand your horizons on a global scale.

    GLOBAL IMMERSION WEEK ​

    Global Immersion Week allows students to explore new cultures, network with leading companies, and gain valuable career insights. This one-week international experience is designed to give you a firsthand look at the career outcomes you can pursue in relevant international business markets. Companies that have partnered with the program in previous years include Google, Ipsos, Amazon, Diageo, and the Financial Times. ​

  • During the Master in Talent Development & HR program, you’ll have the chance to take part in the HR Global Immersion Week (GIW), an optional w eeklong experience that offers a unique avenue to gain firsthand insight into the latest trends in talent development, HR, DEI and more. Previous editions have taken our students to London, Amsterdam, and many other destinations.

    Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to join the HR Social Impact Week (SIW) to participate in purpose-driven projects. During SIW, you will develop a social impact, entrepreneurship, and HR project for a real-world client, giving you the chance to see the power of the impact you create, while also meeting business leaders, policymakers, and the local IE Alumni Community, for a firsthand look at how they operate within the HR world. Previous editions have taken our students to Ghana, South Africa, and many other destinations.
