Investing in your employees is an investment in your own organization’s future

In a globalized, unpredictable and currently volatile economic environment, investment in your employees can have a powerful impact on your business outcomes. An Executive MBA at IE Business School would benefit not just your people, but your company. Put simply, it’s better for the bottom line to retain and develop your team than it is to hire from outside. Talent retention creates a stronger staff and gives your people greater incentive to stay, helping long-term succession planning for your company’s leadership strategy and keeping you competitive.

Any of your professionals will be able to apply what they learn in our MBAs immediately in their role, adding value to your organization even before they graduate. What’s more, they’ll have a global view of industry best practices around the world, bringing broader insight and transnational competencies to your company.

Our programs are designed to fit seamlessly alongside working professionals’ job commitments, so there’s minimal disruption, and some countries will even provide tax relief benefits for corporate training initiatives to maximize your ROI. And at IE Business School, you’ll gain access to a huge pool of students and alumni from which to select new talent for your company.

Professional growth means greater contribution to corporate success

An Executive MBA at IE IE Business School is the fast track to professional development for your people. Studying alongside their daily responsibilities, with minimal impact on their role, will enable them to contribute better to your company’s success as they pursue their own growth. Here’s why it’s so beneficial to them. It will show your employees how much you value them, giving them a sense of belonging in a company where they can be as successful personally as the organization itself. With the right training, grounded in practicality and right up to date, they’ll work with greater productivity, reaching their—and your—goals quicker and working to a higher standard.

They’ll have broadened their minds and opened their eyes to new perspectives through immersion in one of the most diverse student communities in the world. Your employees will become agents of change, ready to share their knowledge and drive innovation in uncertain times. And they’ll bring that impetus into the search for new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial spirit. Their new global outlook will help them take their teams with them, as they apply their fresh ideas and leverage their new experiences in a corporate setting.

Flexible remuneration for residents of Spain

If you’re resident in Spain and interested in pursuing an Executive MBA, you have a unique opportunity to benefit from tax reduction.

Should you need more information about this payment option, please schedule a personal consultation with our Program Specialist.

  • Flexible remuneration

Flexible remuneration is a payment method in which your employer may fund the program tuition in full and subsequently deduct up to 30% from your annual salary until the initial fees are fully repaid. As a further incentive, these deductions are not subject to the Spanish Personal Income Tax (IRPF), providing a significant tax reduction for participants.

  • Individual Training Permit (PIF)

Additionally, your company can take advantage of the Individual Training Permit (PIF) incentive, which covers the cost of your salary for the duration of the training program that coincides with their workday. This incentive allows you to attend the program during working hours, making it easier for you to balance work and studies.
