Top Management Programs

IE offers an adapted version of its Advanced Management Program (AMP) and Senior Management Program (SMP) for companies and organizations.

Both of these highly selective programs equip leaders with the knowledge, capabilities, and tools needed to effectively lead their firms. The program is designed to be an immersive experience based on active learning. We offer a combination of classroom lectures, case studies, group discussions, and networking activities. This gives participants a unique opportunity to network with other top executives from around the world.

We offer an adapted version of the AMP/SMP program that can be tailored to fit the needs of your company in terms of industry and specific challenges or certain subjects such as: innovation, digital transformation, or leadership development. The program can be conducted on-site at the company's location or at IE campuses.

Participants will be able to work on real-world projects that are aligned with their organization’s objectives and challenges and seek guidance from IE faculty members and industry leaders.
