Ignacio holds a degree in Psychology and is an expert in behavioural methodology and health sciences. He has collaborated with several research teams as an evolutionary and health psychologist, expert in psychometrics and multilevel models for the measurement of well-being, including GP-UAM and the HR Center of IE Business School. Ignacio is a professor of Organizational Consulting and Basic Biological Principles of Behaviour at the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.
