Juan Manuel Chicote has a degree in Law with several post degrees and more than twenty-five years of experience in the management of Human Resources in multidisciplinary and international environments.

Before joining DKV, Juan Manuel led the people management areas of different multinational companies such as LVMH (Louis Vuitton – Moët-Henessy-Loewe) for Spain, Carrera y Carrera, belonging to the Lladró Group, and later he was the director of Human Resources of the law firm Gómez-Acebo&Pombo.
