Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at IE University
Marco Minervini is an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at IE University. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from Bocconi University and was a postdoctoral researcher in the Organizations and Algorithms project at INSEAD. His research focuses on the impact of organizational design and social interaction on organizational dynamics and performance. Marco’s research has been published in high-impact academic journals, like Harvard Business Review and Organization Science. At IE Business School, he currently teaches Leading People and Teams in the Master in Management program and People Analytics in Executive Programs.
