Rocio Bonet is an associate professor in Human Resource Management at IE University, Madrid. She earned her PhD from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research lies at the intersection of strategic human resources and labor economics, with an emphasis on understanding how recent transformations in the labor market affect individuals and organizations. Her research has been published in several academic outlets. Rocio teaches courses related to leading people and change at the graduate level and she serves as the academic director of the DBA program at IE Business School.
