He has over 20 years of experience leading companies and projects in different sectors and market conditions.
Juan is an experienced entrepreneur. In addition to his work with start-up teams, he has founded two companies, and established a renewable energies division at Dragados.

After six years as CEO of a private equity firm, Juan became a business advisor at IE Business Schools, where he helps companies make the best decisions to get the best results. He also teaches class at several business schools, and is a board member for a number of companies.
