IE Venture Day Berlin 2023

On May 5, 2023 IE International Venture Days return to Berlin!

FoodTech is evolving faster than ever, with Europe as a major leader of the sector with over €9.5 billion invested in 2021, three times more than the previous year. Additionally, Europe is set to add 10 to 20 more FoodTech Unicorns to the already existing 13.

IE University is launching the FoodTech Venture Day, a cutting-edge, highly competitive startup competition designed to identify and support startups that have the ability to create innovative solutions to problems faced by food industry in products, distribution, marketing or business models.

In the coming months, we will select 5 start-ups based on their originality, financial viability, and ability to have a positive impact on major challenges for businesses.

Finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their projects to at the Venture Day final in front of a panel of investors, experts, business pioneers and representatives of key industries. They will also have the chance to hear world-leading experts in their field and receive advice, insights and best practices.

Our goal is to create investment opportunities for those entrepreneurs that have ideas that can truly help all parties within the business ecosystem to have better access, quality, sustainability and efficiency of use and delivery of digital business solutions.
