This 8-months blended learning journey immerses participants with the latest insights and leading practices in L&D Leadership which will drive business impact. The modern learning design involve innovative delivery methods and pedagogy such as discovery learning, flipped classroom, on-the job assignments, digital learning, virtual classrooms, group work, peer coaching and mentoring.
The new program includes:
- 10 online workshops
- days immersive retreat (at Nyenrode)
- 2 days Hybrid event (people must attend in-person at IE Madrid)

- IE Business School Segovia Campus Retreat (Spain): September 29th, 30th; October 1st, 2nd
- Immersive Retreat at Nyenrode (Amsterdam): April 8th, 9th and 10th
