        Through Santander Universities, Banco Santander partners with IE University, through IE Foundation, to introduce the "Santander X Training | Escala tu PYME" program, an initiative designed for executives of small and medium-sized enterprises in Spain seeking to strengthen and enhance the success of their companies.

        Through Santander Universities, Banco Santander partners with IE University, through IE Foundation, to introduce the “Santander X Training | Escala tu PYME” program, an initiative designed for executives of small and medium-sized enterprises in Spain seeking to strengthen and enhance the success of their companies.

        This program will provide online training to a total of 1,000 SMEs with the goal of instilling a ‘Growth Mindset’ in executives and providing the necessary skills to address the challenges of the strategic growth of their companies. The ‘Escala tu PYME’ program will begin with training modules designed to address the specific needs of SMEs, covering fundamental topics from strategic decision-making to innovation and technology.

        Participants will have the opportunity to enrich their training with three masterclasses led by distinguished professors from IE University with experience in business, innovation in the digital age, and sustainable growth. These sessions will focus on developing a strong entrepreneurial growth mindset, leveraging sustainability as an advantage for sustainable growth, and improving efficiency through the application of artificial intelligence.

        The top five participants during the program will have the opportunity to be selected for a 1–3-day Executive program, providing the chance to enhance their leadership with global experts. The program will conclude with a networking event at the IE Tower for 250 finalists, where participants can interact with other successful SMEs, share experiences, and establish valuable connections in the business world.

        The registration deadline to be eligible for this training program is January 29, and it can be completed through Santander X, Banco Santander’s global entrepreneurship platform. This joint initiative between Banco Santander and IE University demonstrates their commitment to boosting and strengthening SMEs, recognizing their fundamental role in the business fabric and their contribution to economic growth.
