This course offers an introduction to Organizational Behavior, a field focused on the aspect of human in management, including individual difference, emotion, perception, behavior, and interpersonal interactions within teams and organizations. More specifically, some of the topics covered in this course are personality, attitude, emotion, and motivation at the individual level, group behavior and leadership at the group/team level, as well as the culture and change of organizations.
