- Through active and consistent participation in this course, it is expected that
students will be able to:
Describe current research in organizational behavior and identify how it can
be applied to workplace settings, - Understand how applications of organizational behavior frameworks, tools,
and concepts can enhance individual, group, and organizational effectiveness, - Reflect on your own beliefs, assumptions and behaviors with respect to how
individuals, groups and organizations act in order to expand your approaches
and increase your own organizational effectiveness.
