THE IE WOMEN’S UNIT: OUR DRIVING FORCE
Everyone in the IE Community is part of IE Women, as it is key to our purpose as an institution. The way we envision our role in supporting women is present in everything we do, and it impacts every individual at IE University. When we uplift women, we uplift everyone.
But while IE Women is in constant motion, there has to be an engine behind the vehicle. In our case, that’s the IE Women’s Unit: a core group of professionals who are actively creating and recreating the ideas, initiatives, events, and programs on offer within the scope of IE Women.
WHO’S BEHIND THE IE WOMEN’S UNIT?
The IE Women’s Unit is composed of a diverse group of IE University faculty and staff who have come together to pursue a common goal: to find the best ways to nurture and empower women. The unit collaborates with students, alumni, and other members of faculty and staff to continue crafting initiatives that meet the ever-changing needs of our community.
