Imge Kaya-Sabanci is a PhD candidate in Management at IE Business School. Her research interests span the areas of women entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial investment, and social entrepreneurship. She also lectures in “Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing” at IE.
Imge is affiliated to the IE Business & Society Research Group comprised of scholars studying the role and impact of business on society. She also works with a cross-country, cross-disciplinary team of social scientists who seek democratic, sustainable ways for work and organization, and has co-authored the book “Democratize Work: The Case for Reorganizing the Economy” as part of this project.
Prior to IE, Imge worked for Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young, managing their international women entrepreneurship programs in several regions including Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
