Enrique Ogliastri has a joint appointment at IE University and INCAE Business School (Costa Rica) since 2005. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Theory, and an MS in Social Psychology from Northwestern University. He has Professor, Director of Research, Founder of the MBA and Dean at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), Professor of Negotiation at INCAE, and Fulbright Visiting Scholar, Associate in Education at Harvard University.
He has published 23 books and teaches negotiation, organization, business & society, family business and strategy. He is the Director of Academia (ARLA) an ISI ranked journal focused on Latin America.
