Expert lecturer in motivation, leadership, mindfulness and coaching, since 2006 he is managing partner of Execoach, a consulting company specialized in the cultural transformation of organizations and companies. He has given conferences in Expocoaching, Leadership Forum, Expomanagement, and in many conventions and corporate events.
Adjunct Professor at IE were he has received the 2013 and 2014 Excellence in Teaching Award in Executive Programs. Professor of the Positive Thinking Institute.
He has been a trainer and coach for thousands of directors of Telefónica, Repsol, Banco Santander, Volkswagen Group, Endesa, Abbott Laboratories, Cepsa, Kyocera, Philips, etc.
Trained as a Mindfulness MBSR instructor by The Center for Mindfulness (University of Massachusetts). Trained in “Search Inside Yourself”, the mindful leadership program of Google and in the practice of Zen meditation by Zen teacher KI’UN-AN.
Degree in Advertising (Universidad Complutense Madrid). Professional Certified Coach PCC and Certified Team Coach and Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
