Linda has over 40 year of experience in the field of talent management. She spent her first professional decade primarily at Exxon Corporation and the last 30 years leading a consulting firm focused on improving clients’ abilities to build the human capital needed to successfully implement their business strategies.
Her passion is executive coaching that delivers observable and enduring changes that enable individuals to achieve their envisioned goals. Her coaching is behaviorally based and solution oriented, drawing principles from classic leadership as well as neuro-leadership research.
Linda received both her B. A. (in the first class of women) with honors and distinction in psychology and her M. A. in organizational behavior, as winner of the Merwin R. Haskell Award, from Yale University in New Haven, CT, USA. She travels and walks extensively and dances whenever she can.
