Monika Hamori is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at IE in Madrid, Spain. Her research interests include managerial and executive career paths and career success. Her articles have been published in several journals such as Human Resource Management, Organization Science, the Academy of Management Annals, the Academy of Management Perspectives and the Harvard Business Review, among others. She received her Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
