Rafael Fernández Qundez is a Human Resources Generalist with 26 years of management experience. He has worked for 4 multinational leading companies across different business sectors: automotive (PSA Peugeot-Citroën), retail banking (Caja Madrid Group), corporate and investment banking (Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking) and the oil and gas industry (CEPSA). He currently works at the Spanish integrated Oil & Gas Company CEPSA as HR Director of upstream business unit, and Head of Talent Management, Culture and Development at Corporate Level.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Deusto, a Master in Corporate and Institutional Communication from the University of Bordeaux, and he graduated from the Global Senior Management Program from IE Business School and the Booth Business School from Chicago University. He is currently pursuing an Executive Master degree in Positive Leadership and Strategy at IE School of Human Sciences&Technology. In addition he is a professor on Human Resources subjects at several programs at IE Business School.
