At the Intersection between Technology and Corporate Learning

The intersection between education and technology opens the door to new learning models that contribute to a constant development in the new skills required. The potential of technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning is enabling many more people to access training, as well as making it more personalized. Nick van Dam, IE Board Member, Director of the IE Center for Corporate Learning Innovation and Professor at IE University, talks to Kelly Palmer, CLO at Degreed and Co-author of ‘The Expertise Economy’, on new technologies as a motor of change in the learning model and ways in which it can be extrapolated to the corporate area to achieve continuous updated training.
