Leadership at the Top

Passion, enthusiasm and motivation are all essential leadership qualities for those guiding today’s organizations. However, one challenging area where much progress is still needed involves fostering those skills and transmitting them to the rest of the team. In this video, Borja Santos, Executive Director of Undergraduate Programs and Professor at the IE School of Global and Public Affairs, and Edurne Pasaban, Associate Professor at IE Business School, professional mountaineer and the first woman to scale all 14 of the world’s highest mountains (the “eight thousanders”), talk about their experience developing these skills among future leaders and encouraging their teams to develop a common purpose and a shared vision.
