Skills for Digital Government

However, in order to progress towards greater integration of new technologies in the public sector, it is necessary not only to have a knowledge of emerging innovations, but also to develop a series of key skills and talents in order to make full use of their potential. In this interview Borja Santos, Executive Director of the IE School of Global and Public Affairs and Professor of Practice in Public Policy, Development, and Social Entrepreneurship, and María Isabel Mejía, Senior Executive in Digital Government at the Directorate of State Digital Innovation at CAF (Latin American Development Bank), discuss these challenges and opportunities.
