Diego Sobejano Nieto

Diego Sobejano Nieto joined Uría Menéndez in 2017, after having worked at Clifford Chance, SLP. He is a Senior Associate at Uría Menéndez since 2020. Diego has over six years’ experience advising clients, both national and international, in civil proceedings before the Spanish courts and arbitral tribunals based in Spain and abroad.

Diego has worked in numerous cases before the Spanish courts, covering all phases of the Spanish civil procedure.

Diego has also worked in several arbitration cases (mostly commercial) and he has participated in other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

He is also the author of several publications (mostly related to Private Law).
