Enrique Rodríguez Celada

Enrique Rodríguez Celada works as a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He joined said firm after a previous professional experience in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, in Washington D.C., and in the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations, in New York.

Enrique’s practice focuses on white collar crimes. He has taken part in complex criminal proceedings and in the coordination of clients’ legal defences in various jurisdictions. He also advises clients on matters regarding the criminal liability of corporations, which includes preparing and reviewing compliance programs, implementing anticorruption policies, designing whistleblowing channels and leading internal investigations.
