IE Law School celebrates its Undergraduate Scholarship Reception

On January, IE Law School held its Undergraduate Scholarship Reception for law students who, for their academic excellence, received an individual scholarship from partner law firms such as Clifford Chance, Cuatrecasas, Pérez-Llorca, PwC Spain, Uría Menéndez, and White & Case. An annual event that brings together students and law firms’ representatives to thank them for their investment in the education and future of our students.

Eugenia Castrillón, Vice Dean of Programs at IE Law School, welcomed the attendees and spoke about the importance of innovation in the legal sector and how students can become agents of change in their professional future. The Vice Dean also thanked the firms for their support and commitment to the law programs offered at IE University.

More than fifty people, including scholarship students, honours program students, IE Law School alumni and representatives of the collaborating law firms participated in group activities in which they discussed, among other issues, how law firms can rely on the next generation when it comes to evolving towards a more innovative business model.
