IE Law School joins the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA)

IE Law School is thrilled to announce its membership in the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA), a prestigious organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of legal education across Europe. ELFA provides a collaborative platform for dialogue and exchange among law schools worldwide.

Verónica Ruiz Abou-Nigm, President of ELFA, remarked: "We are delighted to welcome IE Law School to the European Law Faculties Association. ELFA is an inclusive international forum fostering a culture of collaboration amongst law schools, learning from each other in legal education. With over one hundred and fifty law school members, spanning across more than forty countries and four continents, ELFA has been promoting excellence, adaptability, and international cooperation in legal education for almost thirty years."

Soledad Atienza, Dean of IE Law School, expressed the school’s enthusiasm for joining the network, noting: “IE Law School is extremely proud to join ELFA, a great forum to debate, share best practices and advance global legal education.”

ABOUT ELFA

The European Law Faculties Association (ELFA) was founded to increase the quality of legal education in Europe by providing a platform for discussion and exchange. The aim of ELFA’s activities is to coordinate the process of reform of legal education in Europe, introducing new topics, promoting cooperation between Universities in Europe and representing Law Faculties vis-à-vis European Institutions, National Education Institutions, and Lawyers and Prosecutors’ Associations.
