IE University and WIPO forges partnership to promote Intellectual Property education
IE University and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), have forged a partnership to promote intellectual property (IP) education. The aim of this alliance is the contribution to the development of legal talent in the field of IP with the joint offer of the degree specialization: “Intellectual Property and Technology Law”– as part of IE University’s Master’s of Laws program (LL.M.)
IE Law School, IE Foundation and WIPO will demonstrate this union through various activities, among which, the design of a learning program which combines theoretical research alongside a practical approach to these issues.
In addition, through this collaboration, students will have the opportunity to attend lectures from prestigious WIPO and IE Law School experts, participate in academic trips and WIPO Academy learning courses, as well as presenting a final research project related to the subject and the chance of getting an internship.
Furthermore, up to five scholarships from IE University and WIPO will be available for qualified candidates, covering until 40% of the tuition fees.
