Leon Anidjar is an Assistant Professor of business law at IE University. He completed his doctoral studies in law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and he is currently a doctoral candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.

He previously held a fellowship position at the Center for Advanced Studies on the Foundations of Law and Finance, Goethe University. His main research fields are comparative corporate governance, financial regulation, private law, and empirical analysis of law.

His scholarly outputs were published in prominent law journals in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and Europe, such as Legal Studies, Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence, Stanford Law and Policy Review, Southern California Interdisciplinary Law, Brooklyn Journal of International Law, American Journal of Comparative Law, Journal of Comparative Law and Global Jurist.
