The session featured the presence of Donald Rosenberg. Donald has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at IBM, as well as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Apple. Additionally, Rosenberg joined Qualcomm as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. He was also a member of the company’s executive committee and, in his role as Chief Legal Officer, was responsible for overseeing the company’s legal matters worldwide.

In this session, focused on law and geopolitics, the speaker reflected on the state of the legal profession at an international level, providing practical advice for both inside and outside counsels. He shared his personal experiences related to law, strategy, and geopolitics in his roles as General Counsel and Vice President at IBM, Apple, and Qualcomm. Finally, he discussed the most notable aspects of the upcoming United States presidential elections, where Donald Trump and Joe Biden will face each other.
