Hi there! My name is Borja and I’m from Spain. I’m a computer engineer and I recently received my MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School. I have a background in consulting in the big data and cybersecurity fields.

My curiosity and passion for innovation, technology and data science are what led me to join this Bootcamp. It has definitely been the most intense Exponential Learning experience I’ve ever been through.

One final sprint and we’ll be experts in data science. It seems like we started only yesterday but there’s just one week left until we present our projects. This week has been a learning challenge full of commitment and hard work. I have discovered that I’m capable of so much and there is still one week to go.

We’re in the closing stages of our project and every piece of information our lecturers give us is focused on enriching our machine learning models and strengthening our presentations.

This week’s emphasis has been on machine learning and storytelling. It’s the final week before Demo Day, so these lessons have been particularly intense. We’ve learned how to structure our ideas to add value to a presentation, while effectively communicating the insights we’ve gained from our project in order to highlight the worth of our proposal. Moreover, we have acquired practical knowledge in order to strengthen our machine learning models, making them more efficient and powerful.

In a few days this Bootcamp will be over and we will always remember it as a very challenging and intense period that brought out the best in us. Though we’ve faced difficulties, this program has been a very enjoyable and enriching experience.
