The Advanced Management Program lands in Barcelona: strategic training for executives in a constantly evolving business landscape
IE Business School launches the first edition of its Advanced Management Program in Barcelona, promoting a more conscious, innovative and purpose-driven approach to executive development.
In a context where business transformation is accelerating at an unprecedented pace, the Advanced Management Program (AMP) arrives in Barcelona. This training experience is designed for executives aiming to go beyond operational management and cultivate a strategic vision with real impact.
Running from May to October 2025 in the heart of the Catalan capital, the program is tailored for seasoned professionals seeking to deepen their expertise in new models of leadership, organizational innovation and decision-making in increasingly complex environments.
This new edition in Barcelona joins those already established across nine other Spanish regions and Madrid, reinforcing IE Business School's commitment to delivering top-tier executive education nationwide.
Over the course of five months, participants will engage in a dynamic learning journey that includes face-to-face sessions in Barcelona and a residential module in Madrid in September. The program concludes in October with elective seminars and a graduation ceremony at IE Tower.
More than just training, the Advanced Management Program directly addresses a growing market need to develop executives who understand not only the what and how, but also the why behind each strategic decision. Within this high-performance environment, participants will share insights with a world-class faculty and a network of peers facing similar challenges—all focused on transforming their organizations through a more conscious, sustainable and innovative lens.
The launch of the Advanced Management Program in Barcelona marks not just a geographic milestone, but a meaningful step toward rethinking executive development—one that is more aligned with purpose, grounded in values, and committed to generating lasting impact in both business and society.
