Tools for Executive Coaching and Career Growth
Executive coaching is one of the most powerful personal development tools available today. It is a common practice among innovative organizations that prioritize the professional growth of their employees.
As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to access an individual executive coaching process, designed to help you maximize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop professionally. This process consists of four sessions with a senior professional coach trained at IE and a member of the International Executive Coach Association (IECA).
These coaching sessions are not included by default in the program but are available as an optional service for those interested in deepening their personal and professional development. The total cost of the process is 600€.
