With packed workdays full of meetings, we want to give today’s leaders the space to really think about what they want for the future, both for their business and their own careers. Our hub gives executives the right tools and atmosphere to build sustainable competitive advantages for their companies while preparing themselves to take the next leap.
This is the purpose behind the IE Leadership & Foresight Hub: a space for analysis and knowledge-sharing specifically geared toward top-level executives. It is a place where international experts, changemakers, and C-suite leadership from different sectors can come together and step outside their comfort zone, discuss the challenges of the future, and explore new opportunities and solutions.
If we set our sights on 2040, what would we change now? Thinking back on the past 15 years, what would we have done differently to hone our skills and prepare ourselves for our current reality?
This exclusive think tank involves the entire IE University ecosystem: its five schools and multiple research centers. The discussions are based on three key areas:

That’s why the IE Leadership & Foresight Hub addresses issues such as demographic transition and water scarcity and the challenges and opportunities that come with them.
The challenge of science and technology
The business landscape is undergoing constant technological disruption: following the crypto-asset revolution, the rise of artificial intelligence is prompting the exploration of a whole new range of possibilities. Strategic foresight is at the center of this program; you will have the opportunity to engage in discussion with other leaders and experts about the data economy and balancing people and robots.
The challenge of geopolitics
At a time in history when the impact of geopolitical conflicts on the economy is more evident than ever, C-level executives must be clear on how to navigate new security and defense paradigms. Use this opportunity to converse with other participants on geopolitics and democracy, unraveling the key drivers of relations between economic powers such as the United States, China and the European Union.
