Program
The Innovation Leadership Program offers a transformative learning experience that goes beyond traditional classroom teaching. The In-Person Leadership and Innovation Immersion in Madrid module adds a unique dimension to the program, providing an opportunity for in-depth discussions, exclusive experiences, visits to organizations, and networking opportunities.
The program culminates with a final presentation, graduation, and awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements of participants and their journey towards becoming innovative leaders.
1. Introduction and global context
The course begins with an introduction to key concepts and its structure, setting the foundation for future modules:

2. Innovation Management
May 7th - June 4th, 2025
Innovation management focuses on how businesses introduce new products, services, and business models to the market and shorten the idea life cycle. This course covers key concepts and theories related to idea generation, selection, strategy formulation, and implementation. Participants will explore frameworks for managing ideas and learn how companies can be structured for continuous and sustainable innovation, enabling successful cross-functional collaboration.

In this module, we explore AI technologies reshaping the development of websites, web apps, and mobile apps. Participants will learn to use no-code tools to create digital products and explore AI platforms for generating content like images and text. The course encourages embracing innovation and leveraging new tech to add value to organizations.
