MODULE 1. COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
This module provides students with tools to lead the implementation and management of a compliance program. It covers practices and recommendations to support a compliance policy and capabilities to address legal, regulatory and criminal law requirements. Furthermore, it develops processes to manage conflicts of interest, whistleblowing reports, due diligence, training and performance. After completing the module, students are able to apply best practices in corporate governance in supporting in-house or external compliance initiatives.
MODULE 2. COMPLIANCE RISKS AND CONTROLS
This module provides students with a roadmap to identify and measure risks in meeting control, contractual and regulatory requirements, fraud and security. It covers practices and templates to quantify risks for strong corporate defense based on the ISO 31022 on legal risks. Students will receive recommendations to communicate strategies to manage risks with advanced visualization tools. After completing the module, students are able to identify risk scenarios, and to quantify the impacts for reserves, compliance controls and insurance
MODULE 3. ISO 37301 CERTIFICATION
In this module, students are guided to prepare, conduct and manage assurance audits with the ISO 37301 on compliance management systems. It covers the evidence and attributes to address a sucesuful certification of the requirements and challenges be ISO certified . After completing the module, students are able to address gaps and implement remediation plans to get a compliance management system certified.
MODULE 4.CYBER COMPLIANCE AND DATA PROTECTION
This module focuses on the controls to meet cyber compliance requirements such as privacy, data protection, IT outsourcing and business continuity. It addresses how to comply with security requirements for data, applications, cloud and other IT assets such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the directive on security of network and information systems. The sessions will also cover the use of new technologies in compliance. After completing the module, students are able ito mplement and monitor legal measures to imcrease the level of cybersecurity and support digital forensics.
IN-COMPANY MODULE (OPTIONAL)
This module provides students with the personalized opportunity to interact with senior compliance officers to solve practical challenges in the areas and industries of interest. During the module, a senior compliance officer introduces a process to improve to the team of students to research alternatives and solutions. After completing the module, students have the opportunity to discuss their analysis and recommendations to thought leaders and executives.
