    PROGRAM CONTENT

    In this 5 week journey, participants will navigate through four modules dedicated to sharpening their skills in talent development and driving performance. Each module lasts for a week and has a specific theme; details below:

      4. DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

      This session will get started with a business case based on diversity. Participants will learn to further understand the added value of having a diverse and inclusive workforce. Not only from an economic point of view but also its influence on changing mindsets and breaking bias.

    • This session will serve as a capstone experience to revisit and consolidate the key learnings, commit to positive personal and professional change, and celebrate the Talent Builders journey!
