Accelerating people: capability development
This module focuses on building a foundation for impactful learning and development (L&D) strategies. Participants will explore key conditions for effective learning, challenge their L&D beliefs, and discuss measuring its impact. The module emphasizes personal leadership, including mindset, well-being, influencing skills, and stakeholder management. The day ends with a hands-on session on designing high-impact 21st-century learning strategies through interactive discussions and a gallery walk.
Accelerating change: Data, Artificial Intelligence
This module explores the strategic use of AI and data to drive organizational growth. Participants will analyze and make decisions to enhance their skills and optimize talent development programs. Key topics include AI’s impact on the labor market, AI tools for Talent Development, and the role of data in People Analytics. The module also covers leading digital transformation, helping participants align strategies with business needs and leverage AI for effective decision-making.
Accelerating Personal Growth
This module focuses on fostering transformation and growth within organizations and individuals. Participants will explore how to drive cultural change and the essential role of L&D in this process. The module also emphasizes personal growth, including strategies for building a Personal Brand and leading with positive leadership and gratitude. Participants will engage in discussions on transforming into the best version of their professional and personal selves, while celebrating their achievements with a graduation lunch.
