This Dual Degree will not only allow you to dive deeper into cross-border transactions, but also to develop an understanding of legal issues from a business perspective—plus the leadership skills needed to stand out in the competitive job market. In just 19 months, you’ll gain the expertise in both law and management that will allow you to drive change in any organization, and to help corporations navigate jurisdictions around the globe.

The International MBA curriculum covers fundamental business areas including corporate finance, accounting, managerial economics and strategy. You’ll be in control of your own education, with the ability to choose labs and additional elements that match your career goals. The program emphasizes employability, and encourages students to enhance their professional profiles by developing effective career strategies.

Once they acquire this in-depth knowledge of business, students will be trained to become T-shaped lawyers. They’ll gain highly specialized legal expertise complemented by a broader set of skills to truly stand out in the employment market. In the Master of Laws (LL.M.), students not only gain a broad understanding of today’s global legal context, they can also choose to specialize in International Business Law, International Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property or Technology Law, pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma of Specialist (PGDip) in their chosen subject to define their own individual path.

Throughout the Dual Degree, participants are offered various opportunities to take part in a range of practical experiences, including moot courts and university exchange programs. The moot court experiences, which include the world-famous Vienna Moot Court Competition, the European Law Moot Court Competition, and the Europa Moot Court, give students a glimpse into life in the world’s defining legal institutions. In addition, optional exchange programs are available at prestigious institutions such as Sciences Po, King’s College and Northwestern University.

As part of the Master of Laws (LL.M.), students will have two major hands-on projects designed and directed by top law firms and companies that will provide insight on what a lawyer’s work entails both as an in-house counsel or as a member of a law firm.
