About Dr. Rachida Justo
Dr. Justo’s research focuses on social and women entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in leading international journals such as the Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Small Business Economics, as well as in several books and book chapters.
The case study on Mosabi explores the social enterprise’s HRM, scaling, and impact measurement strategies, analyze potential tensions corresponding to each of these strategies and assess its sustainability. Mosabi recently won the EFMD Case Writing Competition 2020 in the Responsible Business Category.
